1. Place rings on the middle fingers.
2. Stretch floss with index fingers or thumbs.
3. Work floss between teeth.
4. Scrape teeth up and down as far as the gums. Do not move horizontally.
5. Pull on floss to move to a fresh piece.
6. Repeat for each tooth.
